Malaysia Airlines flight makes emergency landing at IGI airport

NEW DELHI: A Malaysian airline flight MH173 made an emergency landing at the IGI airport

According to reports, the pilot detected a technical snag in the aircraft following which he pressed alarm buttons and sought permission for emergency landing at IGIA.

The airport pressed into service all emergency drill rushing in fire tenders and ambulance as the flight made the emergency landing.

However, the aircraft landed safely and all passengers aborad are safe.

The authorities are making technical checks before clearing the flght for its onward journey.

The flight had at least 158 passengers on board. here this afternoon at around 3.10pm, according to TV reports.
